9. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the authorized delivery person at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders or failure to accept deliveries may result in COD being restricted or unavailable for future orders.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 3–7 business days, depending on location, PIN code, courier availability, and other circumstances.

Ashma Luxe uses Shiprocket and its associated courier partners for delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

11. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order as soon as possible after placing it.

Cancellation may only be possible if the order has not yet been shipped or processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
